Bio

Jonathan is a Research Assistant at the Green Skills Lab, where he contributes to the quantitative research stream. Jonathan’s work focuses on analysing reskilling opportunities and labour market outcomes associated with the green transition, using data derived from online job advertisements.

Jonathan holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and will be starting a PhD in Economics next year. Jonathan’s prior research experience is in applied economic work in the Middle East, with a focus on education and labour market development. As an example, he investigated key bottlenecks in the transition from education to employment in high-income industries within Palestinian communities.
